Music, Art, New York City, Stars, Snow, Summertime, Birds, Boats, The Sea, St. Patrick's Day, Getting up to shenagins, London, Writing, Reading, Being warm, Baby animals, Fashion, Boston and lots more.

viola davis is a julliard trained actor and can mop the floor with greats (meryl included)

we weren’t even excited that she was nominated for portraying a maid in the first goddamn place. do you really think black women all over the country was rooting for the help.

she had to defend that role to EVERYONE. 

we finally had accepted it and cheered her on and it’s just like they dangled it out there for her and snatched it from her hands the moment it touched her fingertips.
